Message allowance is not an order forecast. Several messages can belong to one conversation, and a conversation may end without a purchase. Evaluate your usage and support workflow instead of treating a subscription tier as a promise of sales.
What is billed beyond the subscription?
On plans with an included message limit, service continues after the allowance is used. Each additional 500 messages costs EGP 150. Official WhatsApp messaging costs are separate and depend on actual usage. These are distinct charges; do not assume the plan price includes the external channel’s message fees.
Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled before the period ends. Cancellation leaves the account active through the paid period. The terms describe the existing no-refund policy for periods that have already started and the notice period for price changes.
